She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Patrick Clemons and Mary Juanita Higdon Clemons; her husband Jack Rowland; and her brother Curtis Clemons. She is survived by: her sons, Gary O'Niel Radcliff (Connie) and Marvin Wayne Radcliff; and her siblings, Randell Clemons, Roger Clemons, Leroy Clemons, Boyd Clemons and Patty Decker (Ray). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Robinette Funeral Home (146 Maple Dr, Jonesville, VA 24263).
