He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clarence, Goldie Carnes and Edward Brooks; and his uncle Joe Hipshire. He is survived by: his parents, Dwight Carnes (Renae) and Diana Hurst (Mike); his children, Raylan Cash Carnes and Joshlyn Grace Carnes; his stepdaughter Kinsley Dean; his brother Justin Clarence Carnes (Courtney); his nephews, Jasper Carnes and Jameson Carnes; and his brother-in-law Jessie Owens (Jason "Mater" Singleton).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (31 Hurst Rd, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens (1805 State Hwy 441, Middlesboro, KY 40965).
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations may be made to his parents for an education fund being set up for his beloved children.
