It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Rabon Garrett of Jonesville, Virginia, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Garrett and Carrie Garrett; his brother Grover "Bud" Garrett; his wife Elenor; and his sister Norva "Ann" Snodgrass (Rex).
He is survived by: his sister Ruby "Helen" Sexton (Guy) of Jonesville, VA; and his niece Victoria "Baby" Burton (Eric Lawson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
