He is survived by: his wife Jane Haynes; his children, Janet Haynes Meade of London, KY, James Haynes, III of Pennington Gap, VA and Jason Haynes of Jonesville, VA; and his siblings, Sam Haynes of White Pine, TN, Mike Haynes of Woodway, VA, Janet Morgan of White Pine, TN and Marsha Matthews of White Pine, TN.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
