He is survived by: his wife Betty Hines Crumley; his children, Roger Crumley, Judy Crumley Durham (Jerry) and Randi Evans Sigmond (Craig); his daughter-in-law Katie Crumley; his grandchildren, Jeremy Durham (Alicia), Janna Durham Reeder (Keith), Rachel Crumley Johnson (Adam), John Sigmond (Amy), Betsy Sigmond Seaver (Justin), Robert Michael Crumley and Elizabeth Crumley Moore (Eric); his great grandchildren, Kinslee, Allie, Camden Durham, Asher, Kaleb, Caius Reeder, Elijah Johnson, Aubrey, Adeline Sigmond, Hines and Meredith Seaver; his siblings, Johnny Crumley (Shirley Hammonds), Homer Crumley (Bonnie Shaver), Kay Crumley, Irma Creech, Emma Miles, Louise Oaks (Jerry) and Floria Garrett; and his caregivers, April Brock, Donna Clark and Jessica Dye.
