He was predeceased by: his parents, George Warner and Maude Williams Warner. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ann Warner; his children, Jack Michael Warner (Savanaha), Linda Holcomb (Jim) of Speedwell, TN and Kathy Helton (Jason) of Jonesville; his grandchildren, Michael Munsey (Stacy), Brad Burkhart (Alicia), Vanessa Benfield (Jamie) and Justin Warner (Ashton); his sister Opal Wilder of Jonesville; his nephew Danny Wilder (Cathy) of Jonesville; and his niece Nancy Fleenor (Walter) of Jonesville. He is also survived by four step-children, seven great-grandchildren, eleven step-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren.
