He is survived by: his wife Gail Holloway Smith; his daughters, Courtney Blair (Ray) of Jonesville and Sydni Smith; his granddaughters, Addison and Harper Blair; his siblings, Brenda Morrison of Johnson City, Janice York (Edward) of Whitestown, Jackie Davis (Lonnie) of Sheridan, Indiana, Bill Smith (Rachel) of Pennington Gap, Henry Smith (Donha) of Noblesville and Wayne Smith (Norma Jean) of Rogersville, Tennessee; his mother-in-law Patsy Pridemore of Pennington Gap; his sister-in-law Melanie Ewing (Mitch); and his nephew Jimmy Bryant (Christa) of Richmond, Kentucky. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, family and friends.
