He is survived by: his wife Nancy Standifer Mullins; his children, Melissa Mullins Hale, Matthew Mullins (Chasity Howard) of Jonesville, VA and Buddy Davis; his grandchildren, Caleb Mullins (Brittany), Ashton Warner (Justin), Chase Mullins (Shelby), William Johnson and Hunter Mullins; his great grandchildren, Audrina, Izaia, Jonah, Bentley, Josiah, Ford, Anna, Atalie, Lyric and River; his siblings, Tony Mullins (Gail), Steve Sweeney (Donna), Howard Sweeney (Vanita), Danny Sweeney, Jerry Sweeney (Darlene), David Sweeney and Judy Cody (Bill); his aunt Hattie Mullins Pace Malicoat; and his siblings, Gene Mullins, Earl Mullins, Harold Mullins, Bill Mullins, Dennis Sweeney and Ruth Mullins.
Due to covid-19 state regulations, those attending the visitation and funeral are asked to wear masks/facial covering. Social distancing guidelines will also be in place.
