She is survived by: her son Paul David (Tracey Sawyers); her grandson Paul Stephen "P. J."; her siblings, Naomi Spivey and Steve Rutledge; her friends, Teresa Franklin, Donna Faye Johnston and Charlotte Langley; and her close friends, Thelma Welch and Betty Frasier. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
