He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Owens and Roberta "Sally" Owens; his sisters, Melissa "Winky" Woodard, Regina Garrett (Paul), Janet Bright (Tony) and Julie Johnson (Pete Williams); his great-nephew Aidan Carmony; and also Ashley. He was also cherished by uncles, aunts several cousins and family friends.
