He is survived by: his son David Rigney, Jr.; his siblings, Tonya Rigney Mullins (Troy) of Richmond, KY, Maggie Rigney Goley of Pennington Gap, VA, Paul Rigney, Jr. (Jeanna) of Jonesville, VA and Jeremiah Rigney (Katera); his aunt Mary Sue Widner Kinder (Corbin); his niece Mary Abigail Goley; his nephews, Sean Goley, Joshua Gilbert and Samuel Rigney; his great-niece Octavia Goley; and his great-nephew Braxton Rigney.
