She was predeceased by: her father Carl Keel; her brothers, Bruce Keel, George Keel and Walter Clyde Keel; and her sister-in-law Elsie Keel.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Spivey; her sons, R. C. Spivey (Jennifer) of Jonesville, John Spivey (Sarah) of Pennington Gap, VA and David Spivey of Spencer, IN; her daughter-in-law Marlena Spivey of Jonesville; her grandchildren, Brandon Spivey, Bruce, Lucas Spivey, A. J. Olinger, C. J., Zoey, Kassi and Cole Lewis; her nieces and nephews, Karla Parks, Angela Reese, Ricky Keel and Scott Keel; and her sister-in-law Marie Keel.
