She was predeceased by: her husband W. J. Quinley; her parents, Albert Rutledge and Margaret Rutledge; her siblings, Herman, Henry, Edward (Bate), Roy, Clyde of Charlie, C. T., Bruce Rutledge, Rosa Lee Wheeler (Philmore) and Ora Jean Johnston (Roy); her children-in-law, Hezekiah Franklin (JR) and Angie Quinley; and her son Roy Kitson.
She is survived by: her children, Bill, Dwight (Yvonne), Tim Quinley (Barbie), Teresa Franklin, Patsy Neace and Susie Rutledge; her sisters-in-law, Pat Rutledge and Jewell Rutledge; her grandchildren, Josh Franklin (Missy), Justin Franklin (Savannah) of Trey Quinley, T. J., Brittany Quinley, Nicole Sprinkle, Sarah Collins and Mike Kitson; her great grandchildren, Mia, Junior Franklin, Cameron Jerrell, Wesson and Branson Quinley; and her great great grandchildren, Chelsie, Stella, Dexter, Lincoln Sprinkle, Cali, Killian Collins and Cayson Cole Quinley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other friends.
