She was predeceased by: her husband David Ransom Neff; her parents, Will Goodwin and Elizabeth King Goodwin; and her siblings, Loretta Frye, Naomi Goodwin, Eunice Hahn, Venice Martin, Johnny and Virgil Goodwin.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Woodward (Eddie) and Mike Neff (Kellie); her grandsons, Frank and Stephen Woodward (Katy); and her great grandchildren, Elliott and Graham Woodward.
