She was predeceased by: her husband Randall Keith Osborne; her parents, Roy Crusenberry and Geneva Crusenberry (Wilson); her grandparents, Andy and Fanny Wilson; her brother Bobby Gene Crusenberry, Sr.; her nephew Bobby Gene Crusenberry Jr.; her niece Dawn Elaine Kramer (Crusenberry); and her great-nephew Christopher Wayne "Critter" Green.
She is survived by: her brother Jimmy Wayne Crusenberry of Sheridan, IN; and her nieces and nephews, James Keith Crusenberry (Jenny) of Church Hill, TN, Kevin Aaron Crusenberry (Jennifer) of Arcadia, IN, Andrea Leah (Green), Misti Hope (Wessel) and Angel Nicole (LeFave). She is also survived by 6 Great Nieces, 4 Great Nephews, 10 Great Great Nieces and 4 great great nephews.
