With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry Rowsey of Jetersville, Virginia, who passed away on July 1, 2020 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Patrick Rowsey; her children, Tiffany Covington of Burkeville, Troy Stroop of Amelia and Jennifer Stroop of Chesterfield; her father Woodrow Cutright Sr. of Henrico; and her siblings, Wanda Riggs of New Kent, Teresa Kitca of New Kent, Kenneth Cutright of Amelia and Woodrow Cutright Jr. of Amelia. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
