He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Flippin; and his parents, Raymond Flippin and Ruth Arrington Flippin. He is survived by: his sons, Jay Flippin (Kathy) and Mark Flippin (Tammy); his grandchildren, Allison Flippin (Mike), Elizabeth Flippin, Sarah Flippin, Meghan Golden (T. J.), Ashley Rodriguez (Hugo), Heather Flippin and Taylor Flippin; and his caregivers, Doris Booker (Chauffer) and Danielle Wade. He is also survived by six greatgrandchildren.
