He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Lois Southall; and his grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Nicholas Moon, Caleb Moon and Tipper.
He is survived by: his children, David Southall (Madelyn), Darrell Southall (Martha), Steve Babcock (Debbie), Kathy Baldwin, Jeri Moon and Cynthia Denham (Charles). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
