Johnson (Shalonda); his sisters, Dr. Carrie Mouser Gravely and Christie Mouser Booth (Art); his granddaughter Abigail Elizabeth Lewis; his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Katherine, Brandon and Brenna; his close friend Will Ragan; and his godson Wade Reese.
