He was predeceased by: his father Robert D. Perkinson, Jr.; and his stepfather Donald E. Coleman. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Renee Perkinson; his stepson Joseph Johnson (Joey); his mother Sandra Coleman; his brother Danny; his sister-in-law Amy Perkinson; his nieces and nephews, Austen and Kory; his sister Stacey; his brother-in-law Ed Arnold; his nieces and nephews, Myles and Maddie; his stepbrother Troy (Betty Coleman); his nephew Tyler; his niece Hannah; and his half-brother Bryan Perkinson.
In honor of Chad, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date due to Covid restrictions.
