He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Ione Stallsworth (Smith); and his children, Davey Lee Stallsworth of Kansas City and Cheryl Ann Satko of Chesterfield. He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Hamilton (Fred) of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Bryan Satko (Ellen) of Powhatan, Stacy Rayley (Frank) of Amelia, Michelle Schottel (Ken) of Kansas City, Shawn Spencer (Amy) of Kansas City, Scott Spencer of Kansas City, Brianne Stallsworth of Kansas City and Jeremy Stallsworth of Iowa; his great grandchildren, Ashley Satko (Ben), Jake Satko, Allison Creasy (Dustin), Trevor Rayley, Shelby Schottel, Cooper and Gunther Spencer; and his great great grandchild Kallie Creasy.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the ALS foundation (alsfoundation.org) in memory of his daughter Cheryl Satko or the Alzheimers Association (ALZ.org) in memory of his son Davey Stallsworth.
