He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Melissa Lindsay Michael; and his siblings, Carrell E. Powell and Rose Marie Barden. He is survived by: his wife Linda Webb Powell; his daughters, Bonnie P. Michael (Robert) and Elizabeth P. Muh (Ben); his grandchildren, Raelyne Michael, Colton Pope and Hayden Muh; his great grandchild Truette Bradley; his brother Richard Wayne Powell (Charlene); and his sister-in-law Rose Adams Powell of Chesterfield.
