He was predeceased by: his brother William G. Biddulph; and his brother-in-law Edward V. Belloff Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Valaire Biddulph (Belloff); his children, Major Catherine Biddulph (Keith McClure), John Biddulph, Tracy A. Biddulph (Meyer), David Biddulph and Joanne M. Biddulph (Budrewicz); and his grandchildren, Thomas, Katerine, Matthew, Sarah and Emily.
