We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2023, at the age of 77, Kenneth Stuart Stephens Sr. of Jersey, Virginia, born in Fredericksburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustave Stephens and Elizabeth Stephens; his brothers, Albert V. Stephens, Jerry K. Stephens and Michael T. Stephens; and his brother-in-law Joe Kerr.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Stephens; his sons, Michael W. Stephens (Patricia), Kenneth S. Stephens, Jr. (Donna) and Richard P. Stephens (Kathy); and his sister Barbara Anne Kerr. He is also survived by four grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
