He is survived by: his daughter Rene Lee Wynkoop; his son-in-law Paul Rankin; his siblings, Earnest J. Blevins of Saltville, VA, David Mickey Blevins of Pigeon Forge, TN, Linda Troxell, Judy Surface of Sugar Grove, VA and Donna Testerman (Ronnie) of Sugar Grove, VA; and his sister-in-law Joyce R. Blevins. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
