He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Eugene Tooley and Cecilia Ann Vondrachek Tooley; his wife Susan Jane Bradley Tooley; and his siblings, Jerome, Eugene, Mary Jo, Lawrence and Joseph.
He is survived by: his sons, John, Paul (Margie) and Kevin (Tonya); his grandchildren, Kurtiss, Breandan, Erin, Marielle, Joshua, Philip, Nathan, Tomas, Gianna, Charley, Talitha, Elizabeth, Peter Benjamin, Tyler and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Jack and Gabriel; and his siblings, James, Lloyd, Anthony, Mary Frances, Philip, Patrick, Elizabeth and Vincent.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home and Crematory (31440 Constitution Hwy, Locust Grove, VA 22508). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Culpeper National Cemetery (305 U. s. Ave, Culpeper, VA 22701).
