She is survived by: her sons, Thomas H. Russell, Jr. (Mary) of Jeffersonton, VA and Wilmer B. Russell (Tina) of The Plains, VA; her brothers, Robert, Nobel and Roger French; and her granddaughters, Rosalind, Bernadette and Regina Russell. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
