She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Jones and Vernell Stephens Jones; her son Trevor C. Jones; her siblings, Luci Henry, Marjorie Venable, Alice Davis and William Jones; and her grandson Brandon Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Jones; her children, Sandra Potter (Vincent) of Altavista, Sherry Jones of Upper Marlboro, Maryland and Jarvis Jones (Etta) of Sharpsburg, Georgia; and her siblings, Nellie Glass of Orlando, Lillie Wimbush (Herman) of Chatham, Olivia Womack of Chatham, Marva Davis (Edward) of Java, Deborah Kelly of Danville, Marta Myers of Greensboro and Charles Jones (Belinda) of Gretna, Virginia. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
