Lanier; his grandchildren, Tiera Jones and Tyrik Towles; his great grandchild Kaidyn Trotter; his siblings, Genette Brown of Reidsville, NC, Eucile Ballenger (Daniel) of Raleigh, NC, Cleasther Perkins of Philadelphia, PA, Nancy Gwynn of Yanceyville, NC and Carlton Lanier (Pansy) of Java, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Anderson (Willie) of Chatham, VA, Rita Faye Calloway of Danville, VA, Nadine Burris (Reginald) of Woodbridge, VA, Eddie Calloway (Elsie) of Gretna, VA and Willie Lee Calloway of Danville, VA. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
