He was predeceased by: his parent Charlie Lee Haley; and his siblings, Carolyn Haley, John E. Haley, Charlie Haley, Earl Haley and Melvin Haley.
He is survived by: his parent Thelma Jones Haley; his daughters, Nellie Pearl McCowan (Robert) of Providence, NC and Thelma Haley Gore of Pelham, NC; his sister Minnie Pearl Hayes (Apostle Hayes) of Charlottesville, VA; and his grandchildren, Corey Robinson (Tores), Rodrick McCowan (Amber), Bryonka McCowan, Michael K. Doe (Sheena), James L. Doe and Harold M. Doe (Candace).
