He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Williams and Mary Elizabeth Williams; his wife Sylvia Williams; his grandmother Lula Harris; his siblings, Walter, Thomas Myrick, Hugo, Martin Williams and Shirley Williams; and his father-in-law Steward R. Moody.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kaycha-Renea Stukes (Reginald) and Katara Taylor (Anthony); his grandchildren, Jamarion Bynum, Hendrix Stukes, Kateria Baptist and Kennedy Taylor; his mother-in-law Katie L. Moody; his siblings-in-law, Rodney Moody (Joyce) and Yolanda Andrews; his aunt Bessie Layton; his uncle Norman Harris; his godchildren, Nikieta Spencer, Alieta Spencer and Claude Spencer, Jr.; and his cousin Vera Dixon (William). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
