It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Polly R. Bowen of Jarratt, Virginia, who passed away on September 20, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William L. Rodgester and Josie Vincent Rodgester; her brother William L. Rodgester, Jr. (Polly); her husband Charles P. Bowen; her children, Stephanie Pitt (Kenny) and Andy Bowen (Amy); her grandchildren, Caitlin Bowen, Tyler Moseley, Brianna Bowen and William Bowen; and her sister Dolly Wray. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
