She was predeceased by: her parents, George Perkins and Lucille P. Perkins. She is survived by: her siblings, Estelle Kidd (Buddy) and George B. "G. B." Perkins, Jr. (Georgette). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Grace Church.
