He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Harrell and Evelyn Smith Harrell; his grandson Cody Lewis Stallard; his wife Kathy P. Harrell; his children, Tracey H. Stallard (Kenneth) and Todd Harrell (Amy); his stepdaughter Melissa Moore; his grandchildren, Kelly S. Savage (Brandon), Brandon Harrell, Carson Harrell and Ethan Harrell; his stepgranddaughters, Kristin Mattox (Jordan) and Cassie Robertson; his stepgreat-granddaughter Kinley Mattox; and his sister-in-law Jean Tucker (Dennis). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
