She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Byron, Betty Dunn, Robert and Pattie Bryant; and her father-in-law Randolph Poarch.
She is survived by: her husband Ron Poarch; her children, Shirlkay Poarch and Bryant Poarch; her pet Elvis; her parents, Edward Bryant and Kay Bryant; her brother Frankie Bryant (Tonya); her brother-in-law Brian Poarch (Mary Beth); her mother-in-law Shirley Poarch; her nieces, Sarah Poarch, Jane Poarch and Natalie Bryant; and her nephew Nikolas Bryant.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Kandy Bryant Poarch Memorial Foundation to benefit nursing home patients in need. Contributions can be mailed to the foundation in care of Frankie Bryant at 1941 Sussex Drive Emporia, VA 23847.
