He was predeceased by: his mother Patsy Faye Moore. He is survived by: his wife Kristy Dawn Moore; his son Daniel Bailey (Heather); his grandchildren, Autum, Bryson, Cassidy and Dylan Bailey; his adoptive father Franklin B. "Duke" Moore; his father Jack McCaffity (Kathy); and his siblings, Debbie Turner (Edward), Priscilla Butler, Misty, Scott Moore (Lora), Pete Moore (Kathy), Joshua McCaffity (Jennifer), Justin McCaffity, Gene Butler (Amanda), Chris Butler (Kathy) and Brandon Butler (Ashley). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and many treasured friends.
