He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Babson; and his sister Mamie Faye Williams. He is survived by: his wife Peggy H. Bailey; his pet Fluffy; and his siblings, Irene B. Ogletree (Frank), Jerry Bailey (Marie) and Cleo Bailey (Louise).
