He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Epps and Virgie Seymour Epps; and his brothers, Roger "Kicky" Epps and Larry Epps. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Epps; his children, David Epps (Kelly) and Brandy Epps (Amber); his granddaughter Jordyn Epps; and his siblings, Wayne Epps, Carolyn Stainback (Tommy) and Marie Shumate. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
