He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil G. Sr. Seaborn and Gertrude Seaborn (Williams); and his sister Martha Seaborn Ray. He is survived by: his children, Brooke Elias (Joe), Beau Suttles (Bobbie Jo) and Sean Karnes; his grandchildren, Hayley Smith, Hannah Elias, Luke Elias, Addison Suttles and Colton Suttles; his great grandchildren, Hayden and Marlee Smith; and his sister Peggy Ellis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (303 S Halifax Rd, Jarratt, VA 23867). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
