She was predeceased by: her parents, Berlie Lee Bell and Gertrude Amanda Bowen Bell; her son Scott Miles; and her sister Shirley Helms. She is survived by: her husband Don M. Miles; her son Don M. Miles II (Lori) of Silver Beach, VA; her brother Norman Lee "Buddy" Bell of Fenwick Island, DE; and her grandson Garrett S. Miles of Silver Beach. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
