He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Mae Coleman Holoman (William Samuel Holoman Sr.) and Virgina. He is survived by: his children, Marvar Bowman (Stanford Jr.) of Houston, Allen Holoman (Brenda) of Richmond, Sherita Holoman of North Chesterfield, Virgina and Daryl Holoman (Tracey) of Silver Spring, Maryland; his siblings, Annie Mae Gay of Wakefield, Verna LaVerne Holoman of Chapel Hill and James Andrew Holoman of Hampton, Virginia; his grandchildren, Marshella Williams (Robert Evans), Martinique Collins (Quincy), Marrissa Graham (Lorenzo), Stanford Bowman III, Marlin Bowman, Rasheeda Chambers, Kimberly Massey, Isaiah Holoman, Tyla Holoman and Daria Holoman; and his close friend Gloria Wright. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Melvin Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home (900 E Washington St, Suffolk, VA 23434). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calendar Gilfield Baptist Church (9040 Doles Rd, Ivor, VA 23866). A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the same location.
