He is survived by: his wife Margaret J. Eley; his daughter Luvenia E. Winnegan (Thomas); his granddaughter Tammie Eley; his great grandchild Thomas Patrick Eley Banks; his sisters, Mable Howard and Catherine Diggs; and his sisters-in-law, Delcie Jones and Viola Johnson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
