He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Warren Hays and Hazel Marie Keener Hays; and his wife Debbie Corbitt Warren Hays. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Tammy Warren Fuller (Wilbur); his siblings, Larue Hayes and David Hays; his close friends, Sheila and Ronnie Chittum; and his pet Mollie.
