She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Felts and Margaret Felts. She is survived by: her husband John William Lowe (Jack); her children, Robyn Lowe Hall (Doug), John W. Lowe, Jr. (Cindy) and Bryan C. Lowe (Becky); her grandchildren, Jay Fox (Carrie), Peter Fox (Yuko), Sam Fox, Joseph Fox, Winston Lowe (Lindsay), Matthew Lowe (Kelsey), Marindy Creef and Morgan Lowe Casper; and her brothers, Julian A. Felts and David R. Felts of Sedley. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.

Her family suggests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Ivor Methodist Church, 8511 Main Street, Ivor, Virginia, 23866.
