He is survived by: his parents, Decater Fisher and Marvin Fisher of Ivor, VA.; his sister Laverne Stokes (Ocie) of Smithfield, VA; his son Telvin Lavar Ricks of Smithfield, VA; his goddaughter Tamika Eley of Suffolk, VA; his niece Candice Edward (Dontae) of Concord, NC; his friend Linda Baker of Smithfield, VA; his aunts, Alma Hill of Surry, VA and Louise Haskins (James) of Ivor, VA; his uncle Richard Clark, Jr. (Dorothy) of Wakefield, VA; and his great-aunt Gladys S. Ruffin of Smithfield, VA. He is also survived by one great niece; two great nephews.
