She is survived by: her husband Johnnie Ballard; her children, Ballard (Anita) and Dorothy Alphin (Ruffin); and her grandchildren, Lynne (Brandon), Allison (Fred), Jay (Ashley), Adam (Meredith), Anna (Dave) and Robbie (Laura). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
