He was predeceased by: his father George Hayden Edwards, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Marian Ann Thomas Edwards; his daughter Diane (Bob); his grandchildren, Bryan Schuler (Lindsay) and Kelly Patterson (Joey); his great grandchildren, Cole, Scarlett, Beau, Cameron and Caden; and his siblings, Jean Barcroft (late Dickie), Betty Crocker (Wilson) and Pete Edwards (Marilyn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Mill Swamp Baptist Church (Playground or Transportation Fund) 6329 Mill Swamp Road Ivor, VA 23866.
