She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Jones, Sr. and Nettie Mae Davis Jones; her sister Vernice Walker; and her spouse Delano L.. She is survived by: her sister Gertrude Gwaltney; her daughters, Celeste Monique Parker (Ronnie), Virginia and Shatima Taylor (Cliffton); her grandsons, Christian Parker and Gavin Taylor; her sister Edna Cheatom; and her sister-in-law Patricia Woodard. She is also survived by children, many of her nieces and nephews think of her as a mother.
