She was predeceased by: her parents, Rebecca Rollison Lowe and John Burt Lowe. She is survived by: her sisters, Betty Sue Young (Walter), Ann Lowe Rawls (John) and Dawn Lowe Mosena (Richard); and her friend Carol. She is also survived by nieces & nephews as well as numerous friends.
