She is survived by: her son Benjamin Franklin "Frank" Cook, Jr. (Faye); her granddaughter Karen Smith (Phillip); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Patrick Smith and Scott Marshall Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
